My name is Rachel.

I’m the massage therapist behind The Collective.

I have a solo studio just outside of Denver Colorado, and I absolutely love working in the massage industry.

Over the years, I have found that I also love helping massage therapists build a stable, sustainable, and most importantly enjoyable business.

But I never really found the kind of help I was looking for.

So. I created the very things I wish had been available to me.

Action-Oriented Coaching.
Work with me to lay out a plan of action steps, relevant to your problems, to move your studio forward. We’re all adults here. I don’t offer coaching on how to hold boundaries or keep your chin up. Friends can help with that for free. It’s called Happy Hour. What we do with our time will push you, not coddle you.
